Ok, when you wish to ban someone you HAVE to be a leader

You have to have a good reason to ban them, and not just a simple, 'He called an apprentice a copycat!'

as soon as I accept it, you can Actually ban him/her int the Role Play.

So its very simple. You have to be a leader with a good reason to ban someone.
