Ok, As i see it the windclan leader has grown bored here, so they just left, and now WindClan needs a new leader. There already is a member here, Snowpaws.

She can take over these lands if she likes, but I am gonna have anybody that wants to try-out to be the leader there. If I accept that person's form before Snowpaws takes over the lands, then that new person is then the Windclan leader.

Why should You be Leader?(What makes you worthy?): I will not use my power as leader to fulfill my desires. i will not be cruel or unworthy. i will not ban cats for nothing. I will help my clan the best I can.I will prove myself one of the greatest leaders but not in a bad way.
